ELIGIBILITY

  • Only 18 years old and above are allowed to sign up and make any transaction in this site

  • Students who are 17 years old and below must have a consent by their parent/guardian atleast 18 years of age.

INQUIRY, ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

  • The student may choose and decide what service, teacher and schedule he/she may avail

  • The student can ask assistance from customer service representative or teachers for the enrollment

PAYMENTS

  • PayPal (for credit or debit)

  • XENDIT E-wallet: GCash, Maya, Credit, Debit payment

  • Other methods such as Cash and Cheque are available upon request

ONLINE TOOLS, GADGET, INSTRUMENTS

  • Student must own decent instrument (our teachers can assist before buying instruments)

  • Zoom software or App, Google Classroom

  • Reliable Internet connection at least 10mbps

  • Tablet, PC, Laptop, iPad and its appropriate accessories are recommended to use during online lessons

PROCEDURES for REFUNDS, SUBSCRIPTION FREEZE and CANCELLATION

  • Students need to sign up on the website before booking or subscribing on the payment plans

  • We highly recommend subscribing to a payment plan before booking your lesson schedule with your chosen instrument

  • Once subscribed to a payment plan, you can now book the lesson. Please do not forget to redeem from a pricing plan so that the lesson will be counted.

  • Contact our Customer Service Representative or advise our teachers for further assistance

  • Requirements: Proof of Purchase (acknowledgement receipt) that was sent via email from legitimate registered student

  • Total refund within 15 days from the first day of purchase

  • No Refunds after 15 days or once the student started the session

  • Freezing or suspension of Subscription is allowed from 1 month to 1 year depends on what type of subscriptions the student acquired. The student should notify CSR, teacher or head teacher for this matter

  • Prior from 15 days of total refund if the client/student has a valid reason to terminate and cancel the booking or subscription there would be 30 working days to process the net refund. All the session or service that has been made is deductible from the refundable amount.

SCHEDULE, LESSON ENTITLEMENT and SERVICES

  • Office hours: To be determine, kindly chat us or book a consultation session for personal meetings

  • Students are entitled to take a session once the booking schedule appears in student's website profile and confirms it

  • Students can book their lessons as early as 60 days and latest would 24hours before the sessions

  • Reschedule of booking is allowed one day before students' lesson, in case of emergency you may contact us through chat

  • Forfeiture of booking lesson is applied once the student fails to reschedule the booking

  • Students are entitled for the following services in session booking, Subscriptions and Packages only:
    Individual lessons course
    Short courses
    Group courses
    Miscellaneous: Practice plan coaching, evaluation, assessment and recommendation, recital and events

  • Extracurricular and social activity activity: Band Class, File sharing, Forum, Blog

LESSON MATERIALS AND USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTENT

  • Materials, methods and other audio visual reference are not intended to infringe any of its content.

  • We use and collect our lesson materials and methods that our already been sourced and available free in internet

FILE SHARING, FORUM, BLOG

  • only educational and sensible materials related to music are allowed

  • Sharing of explicit and offensive materials are also prohibited
