Session Policy
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy Cancellations: Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 3 hours before the class start time. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their own bookings online up to 6 hours before the class start time. Early Bookings: Bookings may be made up to 60 days in advance. Late Bookings: Bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the class start time. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as emergencies, natural calamities, or acts of God, and you need to cancel or reschedule a class outside the allowed time frame, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
